As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will perform advanced credit analysis on new and existing commercial lending relationships, support lenders with complex credit structures, and provide recommendations that contribute to sound credit decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of financial statement analysis, industry and market trends, commercial lending, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex commercial credit requests and prepare detailed credit presentations and recommendations.
  • Evaluate financial statements, cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength, and debt repayment capacity.
  • Identify key credit risks and mitigating factors while assessing overall creditworthiness.
  • Support loan officers and senior management in structuring credit facilities and making informed lending decisions.
  • Monitor existing credit relationships and maintain current financial information and documentation.
  • Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with annual reviews, covenant monitoring, and risk rating assessments.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to junior credit analysts as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in commercial credit analysis.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with applicable federal and state banking regulations.
