We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations Specialist to provide operational and analytical support to Wealth Advisors and internal teams. This position will serve as a key point of contact for advisor service requests, operational issues, and data accuracy across multiple custodial and technology platforms.
The ideal candidate has experience within wealth management, an RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services environment and understands advisor operations and custodial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Wealth Advisors with account setup, maintenance, billing, and custodial processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve advisor service requests and operational escalations
- Manage and monitor service tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Work with custodial partners to resolve account issues, exceptions, and recurring problems
- Analyze service data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure accuracy of advisor and account data, including fee schedules and AUM information
- Recommend process, system, and automation improvements
- Partner with Operations, Billing, Compliance, Finance, and other internal teams
- Assist with onboarding new advisors and offices, including custodial setup and data validation
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services operations, advisor support, or custodial relationship management
- Experience with in an RIA or broker-dealer environment preferred
- Familiarity with major custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and/or Raymond James
- Experience with advisor technology and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting/project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
