A nationwide infusion pharmacy is seeking a Lead Collections Specialist in Overland Park, KS, to assist in training and managing collections. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in high-volume pharmacy billing, strong communication skills, and advanced computer proficiency. Responsibilities include managing claims, monitoring collections, and maintaining compliance. A High School Diploma is required, and familiarity with coding is preferred.

This position is primarily onsite with possible hybrid options after six months.
