Echo Technician in Overland Park, KS

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Echo Technologist to provide high-quality cardiovascular imaging in a reputable healthcare setting. This role requires proficiency in echocardiography to assist in diagnosing and monitoring cardiac conditions, enhancing patient care outcomes.

Location:

Overland Park, KS (Assignment based in Lawrence, KS)
Job Type: Contract, 13-week assignment

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-call requirements include one weekend per month and 3-4 weekdays per month
• Holidays as needed

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of echo experience in an acute care environment
• ARDMS (RDCS) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Strong competency in echocardiography and cardiovascular imaging techniques

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic echo cardiographic examinations following established protocols
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging and patient care
• Maintain equipment and documentation in compliance with hospital standards and safety guidelines
• Respond to on-call duties effectively, providing timely support for urgent cases
