Job Summary
Gentle Grace Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide high-quality, non-medical homecare services to clients in their homes.
Job Qualifications:
High schoo; diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Current TB within 1 year
Must be able to pass background check
Strong Communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with ADL's including: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility
Medication reminders
Assist with meal prep
Assist with light housekeeping
Assist with errands
Provide companionship
Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
