Our guests will be welcomed to a modern, newly renovated hotel in the middle of Metcalf Avenue. Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Metcalf offers quintessential suburban lodging near barbecue restaurants, Brookridge Golf, Prairiefire, Overland Park Convention Center, and much more.
ResponsibilitiesFront Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Previous customer service experience is a must.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
