Position: House Person / Maintenance Attendant
Starting Salary Range
: $16.00-$17.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases
:
New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days

What You’ll Do:
Maintain clean and organized public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Complete routine maintenance and basic repairs, including assisting with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Respond to guest and team requests for supplies, amenities, and maintenance support in a timely manner.
Support housekeeping with linen delivery, supply restocking, and heavier cleaning tasks.
Help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by identifying and addressing property needs.

We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving supplies or equipment.
Basic maintenance knowledge and comfort with general repair tasks are preferred.
Friendly, professional communication skills and a commitment to guest service.
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
