We are looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build and strengthen partnerships with universities to connect exceptional students and recent graduates with exciting career opportunities ’ll be the face of our brand on campus, developing relationships, promoting our culture, and driving recruitment strategies to attract top emerging talent. This is an in‑office, performance‑based role with significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and exceed business objectives.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist in the implementation and execution of a best‑in‑class university relations strategy to advance the company’s university presence and increase the ability to attract and recruit top talent.
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates from universities for all positions within the company’s business lines, with a strong emphasis on hiring top‑level sales candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with hosting on‑campus activities at target schools, including scheduling and conducting interviews, arranging information sessions and activities, presentations with key clubs and organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with target candidates and business partners, including all levels of employees/partners, university officials, clubs, organizations, faculty members, department heads.
- Ensure accurate recording of all university recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Source candidates utilizing a variety of sources including campus portals, referrals, networking, Linked In, etc.
- Pre‑screen all candidates using available screening tools including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks.
- Document all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment.
- Work with the Director of Recruiting and other hiring managers to schedule interviews and discuss suitability of candidates.
- Lead the Internship Development Program, including onboarding coordination, orientation and paperwork, summer intern activities and exit interview process.
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Negotiate salaries and present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.
- Travel during peak recruiting seasons to participate in networking events, info sessions, career fairs and panels across multiple college campuses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a sales‑driven organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence).
- Strong communication, writing and organizational skills.
- A perceptive personality that can relate to individuals at all levels and develop relationships.
- High degree of business savvy.
- Sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill, public image and company reputation.
