Job Title: Entry-Level Direct Hire Recruiter (360 Role)
Location: In-office
Compensation: $42,000–$45,000 base + commission
OverviewWe’re hiring an entry‑level Direct Hire Recruiter to join our growing direct hire team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s ready to jump in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact supporting permanent placements for our clients.
This is a full‑cycle (360) recruiting role
. You will be assigned open direct hire roles quickly and will own the recruiting process from start to finish in a commission‑driven environment.
- Own full‑cycle direct hire recruiting for assigned client roles
- Post jobs and actively source candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and outbound hunting
- Review resumes, conduct candidate phone screens, and manage recruiting pipelines
- Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process
- Partner with clients to navigate candidate feedback, offers, and hiring decisions
- Support offer creation, negotiations, and confirmation of start dates
- Track recruiting activity and progress toward performance goals
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience or strong sales/customer‑facing experience
- Comfortable with high‑volume outbound phone and email outreach
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Coachable, accountable, motivated, and not afraid to jump all in
- Ability to work independently in an in‑person office environment
