Nature of Work

The Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for managing the full-cycle process related to campus and early careers recruiting. This role is responsible for building strong partnerships with hiring managers and university partners to drive innovative strategies to attract top talent. This position will collaborate with hiring managers and university representatives to build robust talent pipelines and foster strong partnerships across the organization to support the company’s culture and business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support
    • Post job openings on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
    • Manage the entire campus recruitment process to include screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating hiring team interviews, preparing and negotiating offers, and supporting pre-employment processes.
  • Campus Recruitment Logistics
    • Schedule, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, presentations, and networking events.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, material preparation and logistics, and technology setup.
    • Identify and liaise with university key career service personnel to maintain strong relationships and secure participation in key events.
  • Candidate Engagement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders
    • Work closely with hiring managers and university relations teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
    • Maintain strong partnerships with university representatives, faculty, and student organizations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Track and manage applicant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other designated systems.
    • Compile recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on the success of campus initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Brand Promotion
    • Represent the organization at campus events to promote internship and entry-level opportunities.
    • Support employer branding efforts by coordinating with internal marketing teams to create and distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media content, targeting university audiences.
  • Internship Program Support
    • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of the internship program to attract top talent from universities.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand internship role requirements and ensure alignment with team needs.
    • Coordinate internship recruiting events, information sessions, and webinars to promote the program.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, addressing any questions or concerns during the recruitment process.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Support experienced recruiting as requested for corporate and business unit opportunities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    • Exercise initiative and perform additional duties as needed to meet organizational needs. Support and/or lead special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational skills, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables.
  • Outstanding client service focus.
  • Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as Linked In.
