Recruiter In-Office

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned company headquartered in Overland Park, KS. We’re expanding our team and hiring a full‑time, in‑office recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across multiple departments.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and handoff to onboarding)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach (not just inbound applicants)
• Conduct phone/video screens and recommend top candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps quickly, and deliver a strong candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• Build pipelines for repeat/hard‑to‑fill positions
• Support hiring events and local recruiting efforts (job fairs, school programs, community outreach)
• Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, interview volume) and provide weekly updates

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
• Working knowledge of an ATS and recruiting platforms (Indeed/Linked In,

• Pay: $48,000 - $53,000 per year (based on experience)
• Benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k)

• Monday - Friday, 8‑hour shift
• Bonus: experience recruiting in construction, trades, sales, or high‑volume roles
