The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving innovative strategies to attract top talent. This position will collaborate with hiring managers, build robust talent pipelines, and foster strong partnerships across the organization to support the company’s culture and business goals.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods and platforms, including networking, social media, cold calling, referrals, trade groups, and attending industry events to identify top talent.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, feedback, and guidance.
- Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract candidates who align with its mission.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, assisting in recruiting, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Serve as a trusted partner to advise on best practices and support manager interview training initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategies and trends.
- Manage and document the applicant tracking processes across subsidiaries and corporate functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Use insights to refine recruitment strategies, identify trends, and address potential challenges.
- Provide campus support by attending events and supporting phone screens during campus season as needed.
- Exercise initiative and perform additional duties as needed to meet organizational needs.
- Support and/or lead special projects as needed.
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices.
- Construction recruiting experience is a plus.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition required.
- Work is conducted in a standard office setting with a requirement to be on‑site five days a week.
- This position is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be walking, standing, bending, or carrying items such as papers, books, small parts, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
- Minimal travel may be required for career fairs, industry events, and client visits.
