We are looking for HR Assistant to work onsite in Overland Park, KS for contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to HR questions via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
- Troubleshoot HR systems and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the HR knowledge base.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution and elevate issues when needed.
- 1–2+ years of HR service desk, HR operations, or call center experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
