Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Coordinator professional to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee inquiries and HR processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Overland Park, KS
Duration: 4+ Months with highly possible extension / Conversion
What's the Job?
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions via multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to inquiries related to Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, and HR policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support employees and managers to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain and update knowledge base documentation to support ongoing training and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of HR services and the overall employee experience.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
- Knowledge of HR programs, processes, and policies is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
