HR Service Desk

Responsibilities

• The myHR team member is the first point of contact for all HR questions, including Payroll, Manager Self-Service, Employee Data, New Hire Onboarding, Learning, Timekeeping, Performance Management processes, and Benefit inquiries.
• Serve as the primary employee contact using a knowledge base and case management tool along with a multi‑line phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Provide functional and technical support for managers and employees, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to enhance the Employee Experience and promote self‑service.
• Act as a customer advocate, demonstrating strong customer focus skills to alleviate pain points.
• Demonstrate a high level of HR policy and program expertise; exercise autonomy to educate employees on HR policy and procedure.
• Apply structured decision‑making when evaluating inquiries and educating employees on appropriate HR policy and procedures.
• Answer and resolve a high volume of HR‑related inquiries (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, HR policies) via email, phone, ticket, and chat, striving for first‑time resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may delay processing or cause data integrity problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant HR programs, processes, technology, and policies to diagnose problems efficiently.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of the HR Services team and the Employee Experience.
• Create and maintain documentation for the existing knowledge base (Internal Portal).

• 2 years minimum of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

US $25.00 – $27.00/hr

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $25.00 – $27.00/hr final offer amounts, within this range, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience, and the benefits package selected.
