  • As a member of our myHR team
    , you are the "face" of HR. You aren’t just answering questions; you are the primary guide for our employees through their entire professional journey. From onboarding a fresh face to helping a veteran manager navigate performance cycles, you ensure every interaction is seamless, supportive, and—most importantly—accurate.
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for everything HR:
    Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, Learning, and beyond. Your goal is to solve problems in real-time while empowering our team to use self-service tools, making their lives easier and our processes smoother.
What You’ll Do Every Day
  • Be the Expert Navigator: Handle a high volume of HR inquiries via phone, email, chat, and our ticketing system. You’ll aim for "first-time resolution," ensuring employees get the answers they need without the runaround.
  • Problem Solve & Troubleshoot: Provide technical and functional support for our HR systems. If a manager is stuck or data looks wonky, you’re the one who dives in to fix it.
  • Advocate for the Employee: You’ll use your deep knowledge of HR policy to act as a customer advocate, identifying "pain points" and helping to alleviate them.
  • Build the Knowledge Base: You won't just solve a problem once; you’ll document it. You will create and maintain the internal portal and knowledge base to ensure information is always up to date.
  • Drive Improvement: See a way we can do things better? We want to hear it. You’ll identify process improvements to enhance the overall Employee Experience (EX).
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing or HR support role.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable juggling a multi-line phone system, case management tools, and chat platforms simultaneously.
  • Structured Thinking: You can evaluate complex inquiries and make sound decisions based on established HR policies.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    You can explain complex policies in a way that’s easy to understand, all while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-Oriented: You care about data integrity and ensuring that every ticket is resolved with precision.
