Senior Business Analyst - Global Concur Administrator

Provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications in support of Netsmart's operational needs

• Manage Concur for user profiles: add, update, deactivate accounts; troubleshoot technical issues and field user queries.
• Serve as Authorized Support Contact (ASC) and handle and monitor support cases with SAP Concur.
• Monitor error logs for Concur.

• Establish and maintain SOPs for expense, purchase orders, invoice, and credit card management.

• Manage corporate credit card setup, usage rules, and integration with Concur.
• Oversee end-to-end card expense reporting, from traveler submission through auditing and reimbursement.

• Provide training and guidance to end users and internal stakeholders.
• Support adoption through updates, documentation, and communication about new processes.

• Create and analyze monthly reports to identify trends or compliance issues.
• Collaborate on audit preparation, remediation planning, and executive-level reporting.

• Optimize Concur configurations, implement enhancements, and test upgrades.
• Integrate Concur with financial systems using Excel.
• Lead M&A-related projects, ensuring seamless integration.
• Conduct UAT/QA testing for releases and maintain audit rules functionality.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Concur Expense/Travel/PO/Invoice systems.
• Strong configuration skills and understanding of ERP/financial system integrations.
• Knowledge of financial controls and audit processes.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and reporting platforms; exposure to Access, PowerPoint, Visio helpful.
• Excellent communication and user-training ability.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
• Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• SAP Concur Advanced Configuration certification.
• Experience in financial systems implementation and integration.
• Experience leading system upgrades, new module deployments, or enterprise-wide rollouts.
