You’re comfortable leading projects and teams as well as detailing work streams and configuring Oracle solutions. Our practice covers both the functional & process side of Oracle and the technical development & architectural aspects.

You also have strong communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design
• Contributes to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle
• Collaborates with project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out PPM solutions powered by Oracle Cloud
• Leads teams to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions and ensures an integrated environment
• Understands Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advises business teams on conversion strategies
• Guides testing cycles and performs cutover activities as required for go-live preparation
• Plans and organizes tasks and reports progress on track/deliverables
• Travel may be required for this role; travel amount varies from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management:
  Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing; Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation project
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification
• Support the delivery team with Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support
• Cross-functional exposure to Finance and other modules
