As a transformation leader, you bring a blend of functional consulting, technical design, and people coaching to enable record‑to‑report (R2R) success. You thrive in advisory roles, enjoy working with business stakeholders, and have the communication skills to inspire teams.

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to capture R2R requirements, General Ledger and enterprise setup and recommend robust design.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions ensuring integrated delivery.
• Design, prototype, and validate R2R solution options using Oracle Cloud Financial Management.
• Work with project delivery leads and client stakeholders to create a stand‑out R2R offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Plan, organize tasks, and report progress on deliverables while ensuring project milestones are met.
• Gain the trust of clients, teammates, and managers to deliver high quality projects and support business development activities.
• Stay current on industry trends and Oracle features to recommend best solutions to clients.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end R2R business processes and General Ledger configuration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 full life‑cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud FIN.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years work experience).
• Minimum 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

• Cross‑functional experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
• Creative problem‑solving and strong project delivery skills.
• Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud EPM products.
