This position is required to work on site at our Bellevue, WA office at least 3 days a week. It is not open to remote opportunity.

The Senior Business Intelligence Manager is an individual contributor role that guides the business through rigorous analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed, financially sound decision-making. This role leads the design, development, and standardized, cross-functional dashboards—primarily leveraging SQL and Power BI—to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance. This position differentiates by translating complex financial and procurement operations to clearly provide insights, compelling data visualizations and comprehensive narratives that drive action.

The Senior BI Manager applies strong financial acumen to connect insights to key business metrics such as cost and investment trade-offs, partnering closely with Finance and senior stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready communications that influence strategy, optimize performance, and improve customer outcomes. The work directly impacts organizational effectiveness by enabling leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions that support strategic initiatives and long-term business goals.

• Support analytic needs by integrating data from multiple sources to inform business strategies
• Create comprehensive dashboards combining diverse data sets for senior management presentations
• Lead insight generation from data to develop strategies enhancing customer experience and business performance
• Engage early in enterprise projects to define and incorporate reporting requirements into system design
• Analyze sales, call center, partner, and financial performance to support operational decision-making
• Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management through verbal and written communication
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics or similar degree (Required)
• 4-7 years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.). (Required)
• 4-7 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; Power
  
  BI) (Required)
• 4-7 years Experience in advanced analytics, which include SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research. (Required)

• SQL - Advanced technical skills (Data Viz; SQL; automation; report/metric design; algorithms/modeling) — Advanced (Required)

Overland Park, KS Compensation Range: $108,500 - $146,700

Bellevue, WA Compensation Range: $129,500 - $175,200

Base Pay Range: $99,600 - $179,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
