We are seeking a transformative leader to build and scale our global “Learn Vantage” practice – Google Cloud’s premier center of excellence for learning and enablement. This executive role is founded on the principle that true digital transformation is powered by human capability.

You will be responsible for creating the engine that empowers our customers, partners, and internal teams with the deep skills and strategic vision required to harness the full potential of Google Cloud’s Data, AI, and agentic technologies. Your mission is to build a world‑class learning organization that not only teaches technology but also instills the mindset and methodology of innovation, creating a global community of experts who can lead the next wave of digital change.

• Strategic Vision and Practice Development:
  Found and global lead the Learn Vantage practice, architecting a comprehensive vision, strategy, and operating model for how Google Cloud approaches technical education and enablement. Define curriculum philosophy, create tiered certification paths that become the industry standard, and build a scalable global organization that can deliver world‑class learning experiences to millions of individuals, from C‑level executives to hands‑on developers.
• Curriculum and Content Innovation:
  Oversee a content‑creation powerhouse responsible for developing advanced learning materials, including immersive labs, role‑based learning paths, executive workshops, and generative AI‑powered educational tools—all focused on the practical application of Google’s Data, AI, and agentic services. Ensure curriculum remains at the cutting edge, evolving as fast as technology does, and preparing learners for real‑world digital transformation challenges.
• Audience Enablement and Go‑to‑Market:
  Lead a multi‑faceted enablement strategy targeting customers, partners, and internal teams. Create programs that accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud, build self‑sufficiency, deliver elite partner training, and foster a culture of continuous learning across internal teams. Own the go‑to‑market strategy, packaging enablement into large transformation deals and proving the direct correlation between learning and business value.
