Human Resources Information System Analyst

• Administering and optimizing enterprise HR systems (multi-instance environment)
• Maintaining data integrity through audits, reconciliation, and ongoing data updates
• Developing and delivering dashboards and reports (headcount, compliance, leadership, and ad hoc reporting)
• Managing system integrations, vendor feeds, and file-based interfaces
• Supporting benefits file processes, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring smooth data exchanges
• Partnering with IT on access controls, authentication processes, and audit support
• Assisting with workflow automation and system enhancements
• Supporting upgrades, new entity setups, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining SOPs, documentation, and user guides

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience in a complex organization
• Strong understanding of HR data structures (employee lifecycle, job architecture, security roles, workflows)
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise HR platforms (multi-system landscape preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus
• Experience with integrations, vendor feeds, and troubleshooting data interfaces
• Solid compliance and audit reporting experience
