Deskside Technician I – Job Description
Stefanini Groupis looking for a Deskside Technician I for a globally recognized company!
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Experience with Windows 10.
- Expertise with Windows 11.
- Demonstrated experience with non-standard software installation.
- Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and Power Shell scripts.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure the PC is online during build process.
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite clients, including break/fix.
- Diagnose end‑user system failures and implement repair solutions.
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network.
- Strong technical and communication ability to explain to end‑users the refresh process, including configuring and syncing refreshed computers.
- Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes.
- Ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan.
- High organizational ability and detail oriented.
- Follow established processes.
- Document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities.
