Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Manager, Coupa Consulting
, a pivotal role for professionals with deep technical expertise in Coupa implementations and the ability to lead projects, engage with executives, and optimize procurement operations.
As a key leader, you will oversee full-scale Coupa deployments, advise on best practices, and design scalable, high-impact procurement solutions. Your insights will shape procurement transformation strategies for Fortune 500 companies, positioning you as a thought leader in the field.
Our goal is to develop you into a senior procurement technology expert, capable of driving enterprise-wide Coupa strategies and leading high-value consulting engagements.
Key ResponsibilitiesFor Senior-Level Leaders (7+ Years of Experience & Leadership in Coupa Deployments)
- Lead full-scale Coupa implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
- Conduct business process analysis, identifying and implementing procurement improvements.
- Drive technical configurations, customizations, and workflow automation across Coupa modules.
- Oversee system integrations between Coupa and ERP platforms (Net Suite, SAP, Dynamics, Workday).
- Work closely with C-level executives and stakeholders to align Coupa solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure high user adoption.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide expert guidance on procurement automation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, helping them achieve procurement excellence.
- Own the end-to-end solution design for Coupa configurations, approval workflows, and compliance frameworks.
- Guide organizations through complex procurement transformations, including change management strategies.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to optimize spend management processes.
- Lead multiple enterprise‑wide Coupa implementations simultaneously.
- Provide executive-level recommendations on procurement technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Mentor and train junior consultants and implementation teams.

For Candidates with 7+ Years of
Experience:
- Hands‑on experience leading Coupa implementations at enterprise scale.
- Proficiency in Coupa P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Net Suite, Workday, Dynamics).
- Ability to analyze procurement workflows and design optimization strategies.
- Experience providing executive-level recommendations on procurement best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Coupa certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Proven track record of leading multi‑million dollar Coupa transformation projects.
- Experience managing multiple global Coupa implementations simultaneously.
- Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants and implementation teams.
- Deep understanding of procurement technology trends, AI‑driven spend analytics, and automation.
