• This position is a combination of project/task coordination and hands-on work.
• The role is responsible for ensuring an important refresh project goes smoothly, including coordinating dates, regions, and users for refresh pools.
• The role will present updates to IT Leadership and maintain a risk log.
• The role will pull assets (computer devices) and assign to build technicians.
• The role will serve as an escalation point.

• The role does not require a PMP but requires demonstrated experience coordinating technical projects.
• Experience using Service Now for catalog requests and workflow processes.
• While experience building computers is not necessary, a demonstrable understanding of Build Room processes, flows, and build technician duties is a must.
• Ability to communicate with technicians as well as IT leaders in an understandable manner.
• Ability to provide easy-to-read data points and project updates in PowerPoint and Excel for IT leaders.
• Ability to track Refresh Tickets and responses from users; track progress of all refreshes.
• Ability to trigger sets of refreshes based on factors such as OS, device health, region, warranty lease, and RAM.
