• Service Now Delivery Lead Manager responsible for successful delivery of Service Now solutions and services in a client consulting environment.
• Willing to roll up sleeves to develop on the Service Now platform for clients.
• Takes time to seek information about new Service Now applications and stays up to date on the latest offerings.
• Process oriented and prefers order over chaos.
• Comfortable asking for help from peers and subject matter experts.
• Strong background with enterprise or consulting software companies.

• Lead consulting engagements from post‑sales through successful delivery of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client‑facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register, and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with Service Now account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrate experience leading deployment of enterprise software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.
• Influence and consult stakeholders, providing options with pros, cons, and risks, while offering thought leadership on governance, program/project, business process, and technical problems.

Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience implementing Service Now.
• Completed Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• At least one Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management/delivery or project management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑centric attitude.
• Team player and builder.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS deployments and supporting architecture.
• Degree or equivalent in Information Technology with consulting and project management background.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations certification (preferred).

• California: $132,500 to $302,400
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
• Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
• Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
• New York: $122,700 to $302,400
• New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
• Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
