Responsibilities & Qualifications- Experience with Windows 10
- Expertise with Windows 11
- Demonstrated experience with non‑standard software installation
- Experience loading computer images with SCCM and Power Shell scripts
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure a PC is online during the build process
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite clients, including break/fix
- Diagnose end‑user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network
- Strong technical and communication skills to explain refresh processes and help configure and sync refreshed computers
- Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
- Ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
- High organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
