* Key Responsibilities:

*** Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
* Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.
* Develop, maintain, and influence strategy for high-impact project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Proactively identify and communicate cross-functional blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams and leadership to resolve issues and keep the program on course.
* Standardize best practices and drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
* Perform other job duties as assigned.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
* At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
* Demonstrated strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and identify effective solutions
* Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, independently investigate issues, and drive resolution with minimal direction
* High attention to detail, with a proactive and investigative approach to problem-solving
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner across cross-functional teams

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience in healthcare, payer, or post-acute care domains
* Experience in a technical support or triage environment, with exposure to complex issue resolution (beyond basic help desk support)
* Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts or workflows
* Demonstrated experience managing and resolving complex, cross-system issues, including identifying root causes across integrated platforms
