Job Overview

At Hill’s Pet Nutrition (a Colgate‑Palmolive company), the Digital Product Manager for Digital Enablement leads the development and daily ownership of Hill’s B2B eCommerce platforms and digital payment capabilities. This role directs strategic planning for B2B and digital payment capabilities globally, collaborates with GIT to prioritize and test enhancements, analyzes user and sales data, and optimizes the platform’s role in the digital professional ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Act as chief revenue officer for specific digital product at Hill’s
  • Refine product strategy led by data analytics
  • Align product strategy with US commercial team partners – marketing, CDO, Finance, CXEC, IT
  • Set business and technology goals for the product
  • Collaborate with Transformation Team to create a multi‑year roadmap for product capability across regions and identify resource gaps
  • Serve as primary point of contact for global GIT resource planning and queue prioritization
  • Present in steering committee, digital innovation and planning meetings
  • Ensure experience and design are consistent with Hill’s brand and legal requirements
  • Utilize on‑ and off‑platform strategies to engage professionals deeper into their use and recommendation of Hill’s products, in partnership with the CX team
    • Aid their journey into the digital ecosystem (incl. CRM)
    • Elevate value by providing access to unique opportunities, information and data, simplifying business with Hill’s and enhancing trust and loyalty
    • Create opportunities for deeper data capture and understanding with each professional
  • Establish and regularly update, review and present key KPIs for usage efficacy of the tool
  • When measurement does not exist, work with marketing, insights, shopper marketing and journey & analytics teams to establish a measurement plan
  • Align to Hill’s US CX measurement framework
  • Coordinate and optimize major initiatives, launches or similar opportunities with CXEC, field sales and Professional Veterinary Affairs teams to drive adoption and engagement in the pet industry
    • Focus on delivering the best experience between Hill’s and the B2B professional audience
    • Remain connected with Hill’s professional activities and personnel, utilizing data to enhance engagement
    • Attend conferences and continuing education where needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with professional marketing, sales or CX/UX best practices
  • Proven record of working successfully with marketing and/or technology teams
  • Data analysis and data‑informed decision making
  • Experience in insights discovery
  • Understanding of agile methodology and process
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $109,600 – $155,000 USD. Salary is based on experience, qualifications and location. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions. Additional benefits: minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours), 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave adjusted by role and location.
