Assist the UX Design team with user research, ideation, and the creation of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the end‑to‑end UX design process and contribute to products that impact real people.

• Assist in conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Help maintain and evolve our design system and component libraries.
• Assist in identifying user pain points and opportunities for product improvement through qualitative and quantitative data.
• Support the synthesis of research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the product team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Product Managers and Engineers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Psychology, or a relevant field of study.
• A portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design process and projects is highly encouraged.
• Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate your design rationale.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Salary Range: $20.50 - $25.00 USD per hour.
