Job Description Requirements
- Must have experience in healthcare Payer domain and good experience with EPIC PAYER PLATFORM.
- Interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the business area's functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in writing System Use Case and Technical Specification/Source to Target Mapping to drive the solution development in alignment with business requirements.
- Should possess good experience in writing requirements into JIRA stories covering all aspects.
- Strong Analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills and ability to work with minimal guidance.
- Experience working in Agile Projects and grooming stories which are needed for the Quality Assurance and Development team.
- Excellent communication skill and participates actively in team meetings discussion.
- Be ready to work in PST time zone client delivery from anywhere in US
- Exposure to Cloud application architecture such as Azure
- Knowledge of Data warehouse system
