We are hiring a Coupa Consultant II
, a role designed for professionals with hands‑on experience in Coupa implementations and system optimizations. You will work directly with enterprise clients, leading system configurations, process improvements, and integration efforts.

With guidance from senior consultants and solution architects, you will refine your technical expertise while developing leadership and client‑facing skills, preparing you for more advanced consulting roles.

• Lead Coupa module configurations across P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts, and SIM.
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Assist with integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between Coupa and ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Dynamics, Workday).
• Optimize procurement workflows and approval processes to maximize efficiency.
• Train and support end‑users, ensuring adoption and best‑practice utilization.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional Coupa issues, working with internal development teams as needed.

• Serve as the primary consultant for end‑to‑end Coupa implementation projects.
• Advise clients on best practices, process automation, and change management.
• Lead discovery sessions, document business needs, and design scalable solutions.
• Manage system configurations, testing, and validation for new implementations.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and strategic goals.
• Support post‑go‑live optimization efforts, ensuring long‑term success for clients.
