• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Demonstrated experience with non-standard software installation
• Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and Power Shell scripts
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process
• Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
• Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
• Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network
• Strong technical and communication ability to explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computers
• Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
• Ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
• High organizational ability and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow processes and maintain documentation, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities

Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11, proficiency in SCCM, Power Shell, and troubleshooting network issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
