Technology Delivery Lead – Products – responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs on large, complex accounts operating in a multi‑geography delivery model.

• Managing project delivery of technology solutions/applications at Products clients (custom build, and/or package software: Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) with a distributed team across locations and time zones.
• Managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments.
• Creating a supportive environment for team members to execute successfully.
• Identifying and implementing innovation opportunities leveraging new IT capabilities (next‑generation testing, agile delivery, continuous integration, APIs and microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a program of work.
• Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale tech‑related programs and projects.
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting/working with Products industry and clients.
• Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing AI.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience, or an associate degree with 6 years of work experience.

• California $163,000 to $413,600
• Cleveland $150,900 to $330,900
• Colorado $163,000 to $357,400
• District of Columbia $173,500 to $380,500
• Illinois $150,900 to $357,400
• Maine $138,800 to $304,400
• Maryland $163,000 to $357,400
• Massachusetts $163,000 to $380,500
• Minnesota $163,000 to $357,400
• New York $150,900 to $413,600
• New Jersey $173,500 to $413,600
• Virginia $150,900 to $380,500
• Washington $173,500 to $380,500
