Role OverviewWe are seeking a Solutions Architect to play a critical role in an enterprise-wide ERP and HCM transformation, migrating from People Soft to Oracle Fusion. This position will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy. You will serve as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into integrated system designs and guiding large-scale initiatives to deliver secure, compliant, and future‑ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement complex architectural solutions, leading the development of new systems and applications.
- Develop a future‑state vision for technology architecture, ensuring decisions made today account for impacts two years down the road.

- Lead complex IT projects, oversee project budgets and timelines, and manage vendor selection.
- Develop testing, release, and change strategies, particularly for managing Oracle Fusion updates and regression testing.

- Mentor technical staff and contribute to building a resilient team structure.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP transformation projects, specifically with migration to Oracle Fusion from People Soft. Experience with People Soft is required. Preference for ERP experience over HCM, as finance systems involve more complex data exchange.
Technical

- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences with technical material.
- Passion for technology and the energy to champion change within an organization.
- Experience in either a consulting or end‑client environment.
