We are hiring a Coupa Consultant II, an exciting role designed for professionals with hands-on experience in Coupa implementations and system optimizations. You will work directly with enterprise clients, leading system configurations, process improvements, and integration efforts.

With guidance from senior consultants and solution architects, you will refine your technical expertise while developing leadership and client-facing skills, preparing you for more advanced consulting roles.

• Lead Coupa module configurations across P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts, and SIM
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into system solutions
• Assist with integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between Coupa and ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Dynamics, Workday)
• Optimize procurement workflows and approval processes to maximize efficiency
• Train and support end-users, ensuring adoption and best-practice utilization
• Troubleshoot technical and functional Coupa issues, working with internal development teams as needed

• Serve as the primary consultant for end-to-end Coupa implementation projects
• Advise clients on best practices, process automation, and change management
• Lead discovery sessions, document business needs, and design scalable solutions
• Manage system configurations, testing, and validation for new implementations
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and strategic goals
• Support post-go-live optimization efforts, ensuring long-term success for clients

• Hands-on experience implementing Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms
• Proficiency with Coupa P2P, Expenses, Contracts, SIM, or Sourcing modules
• Strong business process understanding in procurement, AP, and finance operations
• Knowledge of ERP integrations (Net Suite, Dynamics, SAP, Workday, etc.)
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and optimizing procurement workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders across departments
• Coupa certification or willingness to obtain one

• Proven track record leading Coupa implementations from discovery to go-live
• Expertise in solution design, workflow automation, and system integrations
• Ability to train and mentor junior consultants in procurement technology best practices
• Experience managing client relationships and ensuring continuous process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business challenges and deliver impactful solutions
