CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring in Woonsocket, RI:
Sr. Analyst, Customer Experience to deliver predictive analytics solutions to drive customer engagement, next‑best‑action, and improve customer experience across critical journeys.

Duties include:

performing ad‑hoc analyses using SQL, Tableau and Excel for multiple business units to improve customer experience; communicating with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives; consulting with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; delivering predictive analytics solutions to drive behavior change and customer experience across channels; consulting with business partners to understand problems and goals, translating them into business opportunities captured through predictive analytics solutions;

developing and using advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models to determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes; researching and working with data engineering and platform architecture teams to implement new and emerging technologies that will facilitate better data integrity, reliability, and enrichment for quantitative solutions; driving experimental design of campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with marketing stakeholders;

evaluating project performance for further optimization in subsequent iterations; developing and participating in presentations and consultations to business stakeholders on analytics results and solutions; and contributing subject‑matter expertise through interactions with team members, peers, and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

Requires completion of a university‑level course, research project, internship or thesis in each of the following:

• Java, Python, or Node.js

• Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles

Pay Range: $98,571.00/year to $/year. This position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
