Service Now FSM Solutions Developer
Design, develop, and implement Service Now FSM solutions and custom applications.
Configure and customize FSM components such as Work order management, Dispatcher workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Inventory management, Field agent mobile app, skills, and parts management.
Develop integrations with third-party systems (ERP, GIS, GPS, etc.) using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Automate workflows using Flow Designer and/or Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing FSM configurations and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.
Ensure compliance with Service Now best practices and platform governance.
Strong understanding of Field Operations, Dispatching, and Field Technician workflows.
Experience with Service Now Agent Mobile App for FSM.
Familiarity with Service Now integration tools and techniques.
Understanding of FSM industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
