Cyber Ark Ticketing Process Improvement
Overview: TPM to lead a high-impact initiative focused on improving efficiency in Cyber Ark ticketing processes for Just-In-Time (JIT) Access. This role will partner closely with the automation and EPM teams to streamline access request workflows, enhance Service Now flows, and drive process improvements across the enterprise. Expertise in cross-functional team leadership. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at VP level and below.
Work Required
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of complex cross-platform solutions related to JIT access and Cyber Ark ticketing.
- Drive the integration of Cyber Ark EPM with Service Now, including:
- Automating JIT privilege elevation requests.
- Enabling ticket-based elevation approvals.
- Aligning EPM tasks with ITSM workflows.
- Work with development and architecture teams to address technical debt, production defects, and long-term scalability.
- Develop KPIs to track product health, adoption, and performance.
