Global Payroll Analyst/Financial Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Long Term Contract, Start ASAP
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field
- 5 years minimum experience in payroll processing
- 2+ years global/multi-country payroll processing experience
- Industry knowledge of global payroll compliance & tax regulations
- Familiarity with labor laws across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
- Systems experience with payroll software and HRIS systems, including ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle
- Any CPP, GPA, or IPP certifications desirable
- International payroll certifications (GPMI, CIPP, IPP) highly desirable
