- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network
- Load computer images with SCCM and Power Shell scripts
- Troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during the build process
- Demonstrate ability to follow processes, document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
- Explain refresh processes to end-users and assist in configuring and syncing refreshed computers
- Maintain high organizational ability and attention to detail
- Remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
- Demonstrate flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
- Experience with Windows 10
- Expertise with Windows 11
- Demonstrated experience with non-standard software installation
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during the build process
- Strong technical and communication skills to explain concepts to end-users
- Ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00
