ERP Support Specialist

ERP support specialist role is responsible for ensuring that business end users receive support for their ERP related concerns. The ERP support specialist will work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly addressed utilizing the existing ERP (Epicor P21) functionality whenever possible. Candidate should have an understanding of its configuration and design.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 yearly

• Troubleshooting and providing end user support
• Training end users
• Work on ERP related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects
• Work through and document internal business procedures and processes
• Create tutorials and workflows for business reference
• Build strong relationships with users through project implementation, ensuring the delivery of the project and solution is satisfactory to the business users
• Participate in the integration of companies on a common ERP platform
• Escalate issues during project implementation
• Assist in go‑live support of end users
• Analyze and troubleshoot project‑related issues and manage communications with the vendor, including handling escalated issues
• Train and support other team members in implementing and supporting the end users
• Actively participate in career development activities

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 Distribution software is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with functional activities of ERP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills to self‑manage assignments and manage work on multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
