OnSite is seeking a Deskside Technician for Overland Park, KS to provide onsite desktop support and assist with Windows deployment and PC refresh initiatives. You will image Windows 10/11 devices using SCCM and Power Shell, install software, and diagnose hardware and network issues with a customer‑focused approach.
You will document work, communicate clearly with end users, follow deployment processes, and maintain QA standards while adapting to changing priorities during the project.
