Thrive is seeking a Client Site Services Engineer to provide on-site technical support for client offices in Overland Park, Kansas. You will diagnose and resolve end-user hardware/software issues, walk users through resolutions, and document actions in the ticketing system.
Responsibilities include deskside support, printer and connectivity troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers and Tier 2-3 staff. This role requires strong communication and on-site presence 5 days a week.
