We are seeking a  
** Vice President, Information Technology
** to join our team. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing Compass Minerals' enterprise technology strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology capabilities that support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation. The Vice President, Information Technology will partner closely with executive leadership to leverage technology, data, cybersecurity, analytics, and innovation to drive business performance and create long-term value.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader with deep experience across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, digital transformation, service delivery, governance, and vendor management, along with a proven track record of building high-performing technology organizations.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Technology Strategy & Leadership*
* + Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy aligned with business objectives, operational priorities and long-term growth plans. 

+ Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, data, analytics, automation and emerging capabilities. 

+ Lead technology governance, portfolio management and investment prioritization to maximize business value. 

+ Build and develop a high-performing IT organization focused on innovation, agility and operational excellence. 

** Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation *
* + Advance enterprise data, analytics and reporting capabilities to support informed decision-making and business performance. 

+ Lead modernization, integration, automation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

+ Promote product-focused delivery practices and continuous improvement to enhance business outcomes and user experience. 

+ Ensure effective data governance, quality, security and integration across enterprise platforms. 

** Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance*
* + Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. 

+ Ensure technology operations comply with regulatory, governance, audit and security requirements. 

+ Proactively identify and mitigate technology, cybersecurity and third-party risks. 

** Technology Operations & Manufacturing Enablement*
* + Provide leadership for enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud services, networking, service delivery and end-user support. 

+ Ensure technology services are secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective.

+ Partner with operational leaders to support manufacturing, mining, supply chain and commercial functions through technology-enabled solutions and operational data insights.

+ Drive modernization efforts that improve service delivery, reduce technical debt and strengthen operational performance.
