Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support product analytics initiatives for a product release train. This role partners with product managers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that improve product performance and drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills, while proactively identifying opportunities for product optimization throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support product discovery, ideation, experimentation, and prioritization through advanced analytics.
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests and experiments using statistical methodologies.
- Define analytics requirements and validate tracking/tagging implementations.
- Perform data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate analytics data collection.
- Monitor post-launch product performance and deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses.
- Develop actionable insights that influence product strategy and business decisions.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to automate KPI dashboards and recurring reports.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytical data assets.
- Present findings through compelling data storytelling tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide technical guidance to analytics team members and share best practices.
- Learn and utilise new analytics technologies and work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Support strategic analytics initiatives and deliver against project milestones.
- Strong SQL expertise.
- Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Data storytelling and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Data visualisation and reporting.
- Statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Data validation and analytics implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Automotive industry.
- Product Management experience.
- UX or Digital Product Analytics experience.
- Experience with digital analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of experimentation best practices.
- Experience working with SQL databases and analytics ecosystems.
- Up to 5% travel (same-day or overnight).
