SharePoint Developer

Please see below - we need US citizen; onsite in Overland Park, KS. Start ASAP - need an employee for this. Only other option is contract to hire who we believe will'really' convert after 3 or so months.

• Overall - least 7-8 years SharePoint experience
• SharePoint (2010 & 2013) and SharePoint online core development with Administration
• Strong SharePoint 2010/2013 core development and troubleshooting/support skills are must because we get enhancements in PEL application/SLM reports which is 2010 and we get lot of tickets in 2010
• SharePoint conceptual knowledge like object hierarchy, site collection, site structure, content types, libraries, templates
• At least 2 years' experience supporting and developing applications in SharePoint on line using the App model: this should include Java scripting one of the Java frameworks Jsom or angular JS.
• Good to have - some experience with SharePoint architect level
• 5 years' experience doing support for SharePoint 2010
• Good to have experience doing migration in SharePoint 2010 to Office 365 with Share Gate
• SharePoint administration
• Hybrid Search (Strong understanding of search core concepts in SharePoint 2010 or 2013 or Online then he should be able to grasp other things around search like Hybrid search)
• Power Shell (SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint online) (Hands on Powershell is must to perform server admin)
• Good to have - Office 365 Apps – PowerBI, Flows and PowerAPPS (implementation and troubleshooting)
• SQL Server with SSIS knowledge (SQL DB knowledge is must)
• Must have good communication skills with team (on and offshore) and especially client facing
• Independent work ability leading a team and client
• Hands on development experience in C#, Visual studio, TFS/VSTS, and Java script
• Good to have Power BI
