Priority Dispatch Corp. HQ Overland Park, KS is seeking a Technical Services Associate I to provide first and second level IT support for 300+ user accounts across warehouses, in person and remotely.
You will manage tickets in our ITSM system and handle hardware lifecycle from procurement to end-of-life recycling. The role includes printer troubleshooting (Xerox, Canon, Zebra), strong customer service, Windows and Mac OS familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
