- Own and support the end-to-end installation and validation of deployments
- Serve as a senior escalation point for operational and technical incidents
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and system integrations
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and implement corrective actions for major incidents
- Identify recurring operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Drive automation projects to enhance monitoring, alerting, ticket quality, and operational workflows
- Partner with engineering to develop and refine internal NOC tools and processes
- Create and maintain detailed operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base content
- Train team members on tools, processes, and best practices
- Support a 24/7 environment through participation in an on-call rotation
- 3+ years of troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving issues in production environments
- 2+ years of Linux administration in a production setting
- 2+ years of networking experience, including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with log analysis, observability tools, and RCA processes
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and operational tooling
- Background in NOC, SOC, IT operations, technical support, or site reliability environments
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of tasks
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Skills:
- Experience supporting IoT, transportation tech, or smart city environments
- Familiarity with Service Now and ITIL principles
- Certifications in IT, networking, or systems administration
Estimated Min Rate: $90000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $100000.00
