Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Lead; Duluth, Dallas, Overland Park Ashburn

Candidates MUST be local to the Atlanta, Dallas, Overland Park or Ashburn areas. This role is NOT open to C2C, OPT, or any Visa consideration. No vendor support of any kind allowed.

The Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Lead will own and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, ensuring the platform meets the needs of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT. This person will lead financial process design, system improvements, integrations, and ongoing support while serving as the main functional expert for Oracle Financials.

• Own Oracle Fusion Financials across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, SLA, PPM, and Cost Management
• Lead financial and project accounting process design, configuration, and improvements
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements
• Manage project costing, billing, intercompany accounting, inventory valuation, and cost accounting processes
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT teams
• Lead integrations and data flows between Financials, Projects, SCM, Cost Management, and external systems
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle issues and serve as the main functional escalation point
• Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls
• Provide guidance and mentorship to functional and technical team members

• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience
• Strong experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and SLA
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Projects/PPM and Cost Management
• Experience with project costing, billing, intercompany accounting, inventory valuation, and cost accounting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting flows across Procurement, SCM, Projects, and Financials
• Experience supporting month-end close, integrations, reconciliations, and audit requirements
• Experience leading or supporting large Oracle implementations, transformations, or re-implementations
